We're expanding!

Beginning in August, Kids Soar will be opening our second site! Trinity United Methodist Church has served as our home for the past 30 years. But, we are thrilled to call the Villages at Lincoln our second home.

We are partnering with the Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority to open up a second location beginning in August 2020. We will begin serving 30 children in K – 3rd grades. Children at this location will have access to a clothes closet as well as an on site library. Dinner will be provided each evening.

You Can Volunteer:

1. Become a tutor Monday-Thursday between 2:30pm-3:30pm

2. Bring a group to cook and serve dinner one evening

3. Sign up to share a talent with our kids

4. Sign up to read during story time

5. Donate items (toilet paper rolls, egg cartons, art and craft supplies, school supplies etc.)

6. Donate financially

This new site will open up a door to be able to serve and empower children we previously weren’t able to reach. We are excited that this location will allow us to begin serving children who live north of Orange Ave
